to the discovery of Med-Hot Thermal Imaging, unique as a woman-owned business in the world of manufacturing and distribution in the Medical Thermography field. We feel this is entirely apropos since thermography is primarily used for the benefit of women’s health and most thermographers in the field are women.

Med-Hot Thermal Imaging was born out of necessity and the desire to offer more options to the practice of Medical Thermography. In recent years applications for Infrared Imaging in the fields of space exploration, commercial and the military have exploded and the same is happening with exploration of the human body.

Even with resistance from insurance companies and traditional medicine, the public as well as healthcare providers want to know more and are insisting on access to this fascinating imaging technique that gives them a fresh look at some old problems.

Today, the value and use of Thermography in the practice of medicine has been recognized and more readily accepted by healthcare providers who recommend prevention as a way to help their patients maintain good health and quality of life. In spite of the challenges, those of us that are in the field are seeing the acceptance and the momentum of Medical Infrared growing at a tremendous pace!
